SUMMARY
Supervises and controls all aspects of production operations within a specified geographic area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Monitors production operations, costs and profitability. Designs and implements facility and well workover plans and procedures. Generates and reviews AFE's for capital expenditures. Reviews all expenditures for properties within a specified area. Analyzes production problems and directs actions to be taken. Selects equipment to be utilized. Assures compliance with governmental requirements and company policies. Provides training and resources to accomplish production goals. Provides expert testimony for regulatory hearings.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Fifth year college or university program certificate and a minimum of ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
